Small Business Management (Level 1)

The Small Business Management course is ideal for persons who have intentions of starting their own business whether it may be a large or small. The course teaches you how to create and update a business plan which includes cash flow, expenditures and how to balance all of these finances. It also teaches you how to cater and plan for a loss in business and how to get back up on your feet. It also teaches you how to notice anomalies in the business and further plan to avoid it. This course is a stepping stone for trainees who want to be independent and have their own business.
