YTEPP partners with National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited and the Trinidad and Tobago Youth Club Organization to deliver quality training with real results.
In July 2019, YTEPP Limited entered into a tripartite arrangement with the National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited and the Trinidad and Tobago Police Youth Club Organization, to provide vocational skills training to young members of the Police Youth Club. Participants between the ages of 12 and 20 years were exposed to Barbering; Braiding and Hair Weaving; and Introduction to Basic Electrical Installation.
The training culminated into a graduation ceremony which was held on 22nd August 2019, after YTEPP delivered quality training with real results to the young participants. The tripartite arrangement reflects YTEPP’s thrust towards creating relationships with various sectors and organizations for the benefit of our young citizens across Trinidad and Tobago.
Speaking at the ceremony was Ms. Thora Best, Chairman of the Board of Directors of YTEPP Limited; Ms. Lisa Burkett, Manager, Corporate Communications of the National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited; and Ms. Odette Lewis, Assistant Commissioner of Police with responsibility for Community Relations, of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service.
Entertainment in the form of a drumology and dance performance came from the young members of the Couva Police Youth Club.
